SUMMARY

My games all run using Epic Game's Unreal Engine and I do my best to make sure that bad stuff doesn't happen. That said, I can't guarantee that:

My games will work on all hardware. See the hardware requirements on each game's Itch.io page.
- If a game is not free, I include a free playable demo. Please run the demo to see if it will work on your system.
- If you make a purchase and the game doesn't run: Itch.io does process refunds, see their policy.
My games won't blow up your computer. Ok that is an exaggeration but still if your cpu or video card over heats I'm not responsible even if you were playing one of my games.
An evil attacker uses my game to steal your info. Unreal Engine is really good but it has bugs. I don't write malicious code but I will make mistakes or create bugs. I can't anticipate what those nefarious people might or might not do.

If my game requires an account (not all of them do) then I might need to collect some personal info from you. Since Epic Games has really good services, my games use Epic Online Account Services. On most of my single player games, using your Epic Games account is optional but doing so allows you to participate in achievements, access your friends list from in-game, etc. All of my multiplayer games require an Epic Games account to play because I use Epic's lobbies, matchmaking, and networking to connect you to your friends and other players. In-Game Data Collection

I don't collect or store your player data.. That's why I'm using Epic Games services! I may gain access to specific user data but it all remains within the Epic Account ecosystem. My games do get access to your Epic Account username and ID, game play statistics such as number of times launched and time played, and your friends who also have the same game(s). Games can't see your history and they can't see your entire friends list. In-game chat (if available) is never recorded by the game; however other players might be recording. Since I can't control what other players might do, please keep the chat friendly!

Game Purchases

My games are exclusively released on Itch.io. Some may be free while others may require payment. I do not process payments. Itch.io processes all purchases and payments on my behalf. I may receive from Itch.io your username or account name and confirmation that you "own" a specific game. Please see Itch.io's Privacy Policy and Terms for what information the collect and share and also what it means to "own" a game purchased from Itch.io.

Xerosp4ce ("I", "me") operates Xerosp4ce.com and I make game applications exclusively through Itch.io.

My Privacy Policy governs your visit to Xerosp4ce.com as well as any application, programs, or games developed by Xerosp4ce, and explains how I collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use.

If you want to remove that data, simply uninstall them game from the Itch.io launcher or delete the game from your device.

If you are using my application(s), I may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, and information about the features of my application(s) you accessed.

Personal Computer Device Data. I automatically collect device information (such as your device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model, Internet service provider, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server).
Game Play data. Game play data is information about number of times the game is launched, length of play sessions, and similar metrics. Game play data is collected and stored in the Epic Games service ecosystem. I do not transfer game play data out of the Epic Games ecosystem. I do not collect game play chat logs.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of my application(s), for troubleshooting, and for my internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Tracking Cookies Data

I use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on my Service and I hold certain information.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device.
